We’ve been fairly busy lately and it’s been fun. I love all the cute outfits that Kiera gets to wear…mostly purchased by her wonderful Nana. These are her 2 recent adorable purchases:
After going to the doctor on Thursday, I went to my parents’ house and they have rainbow sherbet, which is one of my favorite treats! It’s lime, orange, and raspberry. I covered it in sprinkles and took a picture of it.
The doctor has not called me (which she always does if the urine test comes back positive for bacteria), so I think it’s safe to say the infection is gone. Praise the Lord!
This past week-end, we celebrated my Grandma’s 90th birthday. Every one of her children (6 in total) gave a short little speech about what they most appreciate about her. Over and over, it was mentioned how much her prayers have meant. She is a prayer warrior which is something I want to strive for. One of my uncles mentioned how it will be interesting to see when we get to heaven how many thousands of little miracles there have been because my Grandma has been praying for us. So far, Kiera is the only great-grandchild (plus my next little one) and I somehow managed to get this awesome picture of the 2 of them.
That’s definitely one I will cherish for years to come.
Yesterday, I went to the dentist. Apparently, one of my molars had decay under it underneath my filling, so I got a new filling put on. I thought the worst part would be when they cover your mouth with the piece of rubber so that you’re forced to breathe through your nose. It turns out, the worst part was that I got very sharp pain in my lower back. I’m pretty sure it was because I was lying on my back on the dentist chair and the baby was putting a lot of pressure on my lower back. It was horrible! God wanted me to praise + thank Him during this time, which I REALLY didn’t feel like doing, but I did anyway. It didn’t take the pain away, but I was reminded of this verse: “Whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable – if anything is excellent or praiseworthy – think about such things.” – Philippians 4:8 So, that’s what I focused on. I came home, lay down and prayed, got up and made supper, then lay down again and prayed some more and then the pain subsided! I am so thankful that God hears + answers our prayers!
Here’s me at 6 months pregnant. I am in my 3rd and final trimester now! YAY!!

Lookin good Mama! That dentist visit didn't sound too comfortable. I guess you couldn't tell him how to felt with that crazy rubber thing they put in your mouth. Whenever I have that done I get them to punch some holes in it which helps me not to "panic". However, I know that wouldn't helped you back any! Those outfits are adorable and of course Kiera makes them even cuter! That picture of Grandma and Kiera is definetly one to cherish. Love Mom
